Roger Fallin is a lifelong artist with 35 years of diverse professional experience in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Brand Development, Conceptual Creative and Fine Art in multiple mediums. Mr. Fallin creates innovative designs for a spectrum of clientele. He is a self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and executes at a fast pace. He welcomes challenges and is personally fulfilled by the advancement of growing a business’s identity. He is team-oriented with an acute sense of project worth, delivering quality controlled work with integrity. Mr. Fallin is appropriately aggressive and competitive with a sense of humor, fun and a balanced perspective about life and oneself. His skills arena includes both Apple & PC computers with mastery of industry related software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign & Dreamweaver), MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and websites built with the WIX environment.

Mr. Fallin’s professional career began in the
United States Air Force. Enlisting in 1988 as a Visual Illustrator Specialist, he served his squadron at the Strategic Air Command Headquarters with presentation graphics, photography manipulation and special projects with traditional graphics methods until the birth of computer graphics. Mr. Fallin embraced and honed in on his skills composing creative briefing slides for daily presentations to the commanding General and developed project production systems resulting in more effective, efficient operations. He became a pathfinder for bridging the gap between his seniors and peers with understanding how to design better and faster with computer graphics. He achieved top ratings on all of his military evaluations, held security clearances and earned numerous awards and medals including two USAF Achievement Medals for graphic art support throughout Operation Desert Storm.

In his next career phase, Mr. Fallin took his talents to the private sector working for the government contractor
TASC supporting multiple government agencies, and internal customers, with an array of work. His applauded work includes art of “next-level” concepts, identity designs, exhibits & displays, print materials, and internal website design. Mr. Fallin couples a passion for detail with acute quality assurance to create intelligent graphics which reflects his success. Mr. Fallin received numerous awards, including the Director’s Awards for Outstanding Achievement to the National Reconnaissance Office’s Technology Forum from 1997–2002. His company also awarded him with three Special Achievement awards and numerous letters of appreciation within his nine+ years of employment.

Mr. Fallin relocated to Chicago, IL to broaden his experience in advertising, marketing and sales with a trendsetting Chicago-based magazine –
Chicago-SCENE. As a designer, photographer and salesman, he produced magazine advertisements, streamlined internal sales kits, and photographed special events, restaurants openings and Chicago’s night-life industry.

As the Senior Graphic Artist for
Majestic Star Casino’s corporate marketing department, Mr. Fallin took on a whole new audience. He developed a well-rounded and extensive portfolio to include works of outdoor, direct mail, promotional identity concept & development and advertising for this casino and three Fitzgerald’s Casino properties.

Started in 1997 as a part time business,
Fallin Graphics served Mr. Fallin as a way of offering a more streamlined, personable and full spectrum approach to the creative process. In 2007, Fallin Graphics relaunched as a full-time, full-service, small creative agency proudly offering more experience, vendor relationships and expanded services.

Currently, Mr. Fallin is the Owner/Creative Director of Fallin Graphics, operating in the north county of San Diego supporting clients remotely (and on-site) throughout the United States. Mr Fallin's personal interests include golf, fishing, auto/motorcycle racing, painting, hiking, cooking, comedy clubs and live music.

 
Roger's greatest work of art is his adorable 7 year old son, Austin.
